Rosé Zweigelt 2015 – Sattler
What we say:
Unlike the pale and hesitant rosés we often get out of France, the Sattler Rosé is bright and full of life, like the splash of sprinklers in August. This wine is fruity and lovely, the popular party girl in any group.
What the winery says:
“The Zweigelt grapes used for this rosé are pressed in the traditional “saignée” method where the grapes are macerated a short time, separated from the must and then vinified like a white wine. This refreshing roséhas a nose of fine fruit notes accompanied with raspberries and wild cherry. On the palate one can find subtle herbal notes and a full body with an alcohol level of 12,0%.“
